Sallyann Beirne is an Irish artist living and working from her studio at home in the West of Ireland. 

Inspired by her rural surroundings and the constantly changing light, the boundary between Realism and Impressionism is often blurred. While anchored in Realism, elements of her work often veer into the Abstract. Clearly delivering detail and letting it seep outward, describing the subject with colour and texture… Generating a ‘sense’.
